Back to 200lbs from 190lbs.. very complicated diet for beginners to understand..but basically been doing mostly glutin free and IIFYM (if it fits your macros).. dialing it all in..but i still need to get my carbs right.. will share complete progress of legs and back pics later.. This is bodybuilding yes..but my focus is Structual Balance.. making sure my body can do all things athletically and correctly..
Need a bio sig.. I start MI40 on Tuesday.
And my love is still #bjj..but i want to acomplish other goals.. I am still on the mats everyday drilling. Taking the rest of the year off (2 months) competition wise to focus on this and other projects. Expect a BEAST at the Pan Ams and World Championships in 2014.

Applying what ====> @ortred has taught me over the years.
Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, Matthew Maldonado NOT GUILTY ON ALL ACCOUNTS! @mateobjj @adambenayoun A lot of important people owe my very good friend a huge apology.
@renergracie @ryrongracie Can you guys help in anyway? A lot of people were quick to point never knowing the actual details of the circumstances! 10 months of suffering for this young man is way more then enough.
First day at the new location for Tim Burrill BJJ Academy! 55 Porter st Providence, RI. This is place is huuuge! And pretty! Lol #bjj
Consistency , Summer woes, 2014 Plans
No `blog entries for a long while. My summer was a complete wreck. Lost my car at the beginning of the summer, and got most disheartening was being conned, deceived, bamboozled into teaching at a gym where the owner said he would help get me to the next level in my Jiu-Jitsu career.
This gym owner is a coward and a snake.
I am much better now that I am out of there and I have to thank my family, Judo and BJJ family for helping me through that time especially Sensei Serge ( My judo coach ), Daymon Smith (giving me consistent work) and Mat Santos (got me some work). The Summer was depressing.
Now I am doing much better, I have a car again (dreadful bringing that reality to life!) and focused on the prize again for the 2014 Major IBJJF tournaments and a return to Abu Dhabi.
I have been invited to the BJJ Kumite as well.
I have also taking a step back as far as my BJJ training goes. I am kind of in an off season of sorts. I have been in the gym getting a little more balanced in my weak areas.
I am trying to be consistent in the gym My goals are VMO strength (knee stability), stable shoulders, stronger more stable back, overall strength and an improved physique.
Consistency.. I have always been on the drilling mindset, to that I am only doing one hard day of BJJ training in Worcester with Dan Simmler and Co and Brian Beaury..the guys that kick my arse..lol
In January or around there, I should have two jobs and a firm eye on which tournaments I will do. I won’t go poor doing jiu-jitsu anymore. No more 1500$ in the bank spend 1200$ to get to a tournament. I will be smarter about that. Anything on the east coast I will try and do. Until then, I will continue on with my structural balance/strength training, teaching BJJ and lightly training BJJ (light in terms of, I wont do 5 days of ROUNDS ROUNDS ROUNDSS lol)
2014. Radhames is all in.
A beast approaches.
