Today I got to share some my #bjj Jiu-Jitsu for this community centers Wellness Day.
And this video is monumental! The mount! No one ever talked about mount like Saulo speaks about it to me. NO ONE! Mount is a in your face position. If you get it consistently and finish from there, you are an outstanding BJJ player and that’s what I want for my game. I love finishing from mount.
